The rental market is frustrating for everyone involved: tenants spend hours gathering documents and still get rejected. Landlords wade through stacks of paper without really knowing who they can trust. This system is neither fair nor efficient.
rentcard digitises this process with verified income statements, credit checks via CRIF, Open Banking via finAPI, and an application folder that builds trust before the first viewing even takes place.

Where we come from
Built in Munich, for Germany and Europe.
rentcard was founded in the middle of one of Germany's most expensive rental markets, Munich. This is no coincidence: we know first-hand the pressure tenants and landlords face every day.
We are a small, dedicated team that wants to solve real problems. Not a corporation, not a buzzword startup. All data resides on European servers, our products are active in Germany and Austria, and we are proud to be funded by the Free State of Bavaria as an innovative tech company.
